A male driver rear ended at a stop sign, sustains a herniated disk in his neck, and undergoes surgery

A 43 year old male was rear ended at a stop sign in Chicago. He sustained a herniated disc in his neck. He under went surgery called an anterior cervical discectomy of C5-C6. Prior to trial the case settled for $887,500.00
