A female driver struck head on, sustains multiple fractures, and undergoes multiple surgeries

On July 21, 2009, a 42 year old female was returning home from work when she had a head on collision when another driver attempted a left hand turn directly into the path of our client. Our client sustained multiple fractured ribs in addition to an open comminuted and displaced intraarticlar fracture of her right ankle. The case was settled for $950,000.00 prior to litigation.
